1. If a backpack containing valuable items and personal identification is found and handed in to ETS, how are the items logged in the current "Lost and Found" system?

The item is logged into the system as a backpack, using the appropriate code. The backpack is searched and a general description of its contents is included in the entry.  If identification is found, the name is added to the entry to assist in finding the backpack's owner.
