HR Strategy & Program Development
HR Strategy & Program Development incorporates human resource strategy and collaborates with other Human Resources Branch sections to develop and implement best-practice Human Resources programs. Talent Management compiles and provides reports on workforce metrics and research analysis.
Corporate employee learning programs are developed and administered, leading the corporation through workforce planning, talent management, and employee leadership development. The HR Strategic Advisers provide client-focused support and solutions in the areas of workforce planning, talent and succession management, employee engagement, and organizational development and design.

- Develop strategic human resource strategy
- Collaborate with HR sections to clients to implement best-practice programs
- Compile and report workforce metrics
- Develop and administer corporate learning programs
- Lead the organization through workforce planning and talent management
- Develop and manage employee and leadership development
- Provide client-focused support and solutions through HR Strategic Advisers
