Edmonton Design Committee Formal Meetings
The Edmonton Design Committee (EDC) Bylaw requires formal presentation reviews for major development applications submitted to Sustainable Development. A development permit application must be applied for, and discussion with a development planner should take place before a formal presentation to the EDC is made.

Scheduling a Review
To schedule a formal review, please contact the EDC Administration.If an applicant is unable to attend the scheduled hearing, it is imperative that Administration is notified at least two weeks in advance of the hearing date. By cancelling, there is no assurance that the next EDC meeting date will be available.
