Directives

Administrative Directives and Procedures apply to all City Employees and may also apply to persons working on behalf of the City, such as contractors and consultants.

Directives are general statements about the way Administration operates and describes the internal work process e. g. there is a directive about how we reimburse employees for travel expenses, and how we deal with employee's home-use of City owned hardware and software.

Procedures set out the steps you take to follow the directive - as well as outlining assignment of responsibilities.
