Visitor Parking Permit
Residents in Rossdale, Royal Gardens, Windsor Park (UA-4) and Mini parking programs are eligible for visitor permits allowing visitors to park adjacent or in close proximity of the address stated on the permit.
About the Service
Only residents in Rossdale, Royal Gardens, Windsor Park (UA-4) and Mini parking programs are eligible for visitor permits. These permits allow visitors to park adjacent to or in close proximity of the address stated on the permit. Visitors must obtain a visitor permit from the resident and display it on the dash so it is visible from outside the vehicle.
Each time a visitor permit is requested by a resident, the "Visitor Parking Permit Condition Form" must be completed and signed.
Please Note: Only 2 visitor permits are allowed each year for each address.
