The various estimator tools are under revision and will be temporarily unavailable after December 31, 2012. If you need an estimate for any construction development, please contact the Current Planning Service Centre (below).

This tool helps developers determine the number of parking spaces required per residential property for projects like apartment complexes or row-housing developments.

Effective This estimator is effective as of January 1st, 2012, and will remain in effect indefinitely unless Zoning Bylaw Changes are made to this section.
