Pay Licence and Permit Fees

Payment card security policy effective July 1, 2012 In the event of a Canada Post service disruption, please use payment options other than mail.  The City of Edmonton, in accordance with the Payment Card Industry security standards, has taken measures to protect your payment card information. We are required to delete applications submitted with credit card information by unsecured methods such as fax or email. If fee payment is required as part of your application, we accept cash, debit, cheque or credit card. If applying by fax, email, or mail, a service representative will call you to advise you of your fees. Permits/Licences are not issued until all fees have been paid. Note that partial payments are not accepted for any licences. You must pay the fee in full when you apply or renew.

The following locations and options are available for licence or permit payments:

• Home Based Business Licences - for new applications
• All Types of Business Licences - for renewals where there is no change to the licences
• Pet Licences - for new licences and renewals
  Renewals can only be made on the expiry date and there after.
