The various estimator tools are used for determining the number of apartment units that can be built on a site and the number of parking spaces required for your development. If you need an estimate for any construction development, please contact the Permits and Licensing Service Centre.

The following estimating tools apply to new construction and additions onto existing commercial, industrial, institutional, multi-family structures.

These tools are meant to provide estimates only.

Estimator Types

  Estimates the number of units that can be built on your site.

  Estimates the number of parking spaces required for your development.
