Estimator tools being revised

The various estimator tools are under revision and will be temporarily unavailable after December 31, 2012. If you need an estimate for any construction development, please contact the Current Planning Service Centre (below).

This tool helps to determine the size a building can be and the number of allowable units for that size of a building, based on the property area for RA7, RA8 and RA9 zoned properties.

Effective
This estimator is effective as of January 1st, 2012, and will remain in effect indefinitely unless Zoning Bylaw Changes are made to this section.
