Bylaws
The Municipal Government Act authorizes cities such as Edmonton, to create and enforce bylaws to maintain the health, safety and wellness of the community.
Edmonton's bylaws are enacted by City Council and maintained by the Office of the City Clerk.

Official bylaws, available from the Office of the City Clerk, must be consulted for purposes of interpreting and applying the law. This consolidation does not contain maps, charts and graphs contained in printed versions.
