This latest phase of Oxford also features Phase III of the successful BuiltGreen Secondary Suite Pilot Project, introducing a more dense and sustainable housing form into a new suburban subdivision.
Buyers of these homes may be eligible for a Cornerstones Grant of up to $20,000. Grants will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis for up to 18 homes. Once all of the funds under Cornerstones Grant program have been allocated, buyers may be eligible for a grant of up to $20,000 under the Cornerstones II secondary suites grant program.
