Land Availability
The EETP is a 4,800 ha greenfield site and is currently largely used for agricultural production.
Current landowners include industrial developers, individual farmers and owners of residential acreages. Land may be available through the land owner, industrial realtors or through the following developer:
Walton International has almost 120 ha land rezoned to Edmonton Energy and Technology Manufacturing (EETM) in the southwest corner of the EETP.
