Development Approval Process
The development approval process is complex and can vary depending on the application. A planning process guide is available for more information and how to set up an initial meeting with the Industrial Review Team (IRT).
Specific development application submission requirements for the EETP are listed in Section 11 of the EETP Area Structure Plan and Section 970 of Edmonton Zoning Bylaw.
