Lot Grading Fees

A Lot Grading Inspection fee as set out in Schedule “D” of the Drainage Bylaw 16200 is collected when you apply for a development permit at the Development Services section of Sustainable Development. Lot grading inspection fees are payable for each building. 

The following fees are listed by premises type:

  • Multi-family residential: $220, plus $55 per dwelling unit on the first level containing a dwelling unit;
  • Any other premises type: $220 per hectare, subject to a minimum of $220.
