Lot Grading Drawings

There are 6 different lot types for multi-family. The diagrams below illustrate the basic grading requirements for each.

Rear to front surface drainage, 2-3% overall slope.

Rear to front surface drainage, 3-6% overall slope.

Rear to front surface drainage, more than 6% overall slope.

Standard split surface drainage, 1.5% overall slope.

Front to rear surface drainage, 2-3% overall slope.

Split surface drainage for walkout basement.

For two or more buildings.
