Is a yearly report published by the Planning and Development Department which provides detailed information regarding the amount of activity in residential land development activity in Edmonton. Residential land data contains information on registrations, building permits issued, vacant lot supply, and lot servicing in a given year.

Single Family Residential Land Servicing Forecast
The 2009-2014 lot servicing forecast is used to determine projects required to support suburban growth in Edmonton's developing neighbourhoods, and provides detailed five-year forecasts by Area Structure Plan and sector.
Neighbourhoods Under Construction
This yearly report shows the percentage of completion of residential development in Edmonton's neighbourhoods and projected remaining land supply by sector.
Mature Neighbourhood Residential Reinvestment
This report shows information regarding building permit activity in Edmonton's mature neighbourhoods in the past year including the number of new units and a comparison with residential development in the remainder of the City.
