National Sports Day at Kinsmen Sports Centre

Come on out with the whole family and be a fan or get in the game at National Sports Day at Kinsmen Sport Centre!
There will be a variety of programs and activities for you to try out. We will be running Preschool Wheels to get toddlers revving in the field house, along with a Spin Bike Competition with the Talisman Centre in Calgary for the adults!
A variety of groups will be doing demonstrations and giving mini-lessons for you to try out new sports and activities including:
- Rhythmic Gymnastics
- Synchronized Swimming
- Platform and Springboard Diving
- Whitewater Paddling
- Swimming Races
- Strollersize
- Yoga
- Step
- AbSession
