Kinsmen is located in the scenic river valley in Kinsmen Park, only minutes away from the downtown core.
Kinsmen is fully accessible for persons with reduced mobility. Kinsmen has accessible parking, washrooms, change rooms, elevators, and a pool lift.

Kinsmen Fieldhouse Side Closed September 7-24, 2010 for RenovationsAll fieldhouse running tracks, cardio spaces, work-out spaces and courts (badminton, tennis, volleyball) will be closed. The Kinsmen pool, and the program spaces in the main building will remain open. As much as the cardio equipment as possible will be relocated in other spaces in the building for use. Registration for Fall Programs begins July 15, 2010.
Fall swimming lessons and fitness programs begin in September.

Hours / Schedules
Kinsmen Schedules - weekly pool schedule, weekly fieldhouse schedule, drop-in schedule (aquatic and dry-land), and competition and event dates.
Holiday Hours - front desk hours, swim times, Kidzone and indoor playground hours for all recreation centres.
