Give triathlon training a try in this fun non-competitive atmosphere.  Each session will include a spin and run component, while incorporating games and drills to teach the basics of triathlon training. Children must be 8-13 years old to participate.

Fly like a bird, slither like a snake, or leap like a lion. Get your young one moving, stretching and active! This fun drop-in program will open new doors to health and relaxation for your child. Parents are welcome to participate.
