Are you up to the challenge?

The Subway® Coronation Triathlon is a challenging course for all levels of athletes through Edmonton's Coronation Park Area. This is one of Alberta's oldest urban triathlons and is sanctioned by the Alberta Triathlon Association.

The Course

The course runs through Edmonton's Coronation Park area. It includes the following:

1 km swim in Peter Hemingway Pool
26 km cycle on Groat Road
8 km run along Groat Road and Mackinnon Ravine

Registration

Registration deadline is Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Registrations will not be taken on-site and cannot be completed through 311.

Entry Fees

Alberta Triathlon Association members receive a discount. Fees include GST and online service charges. Competitors receive refreshments and lunch at the event.

Participant Information

Training

Qualified personal trainers are available to help you or your team train. Call 311 to get connected to one.

You can register for the Kinsmen Triathlon Group or drop-in for swim training at Bonnie Doon, Kinsmen, and Peter Hemingway.

Volunteer

Experience the excitement of the triathlon by volunteering. A variety of volunteer positions are available. All ages and groups welcome. Volunteers will receive a recognition item, refreshments and lunch at the event. High school students can accumulate hours toward volunteer requirements.
