Uneasy about exercise? Get comfortable at Central Lions Recreation Centre. You'll find fitness equipment designed to help you gently begin or restart an exercise program.
Drop-in for one of our evening drop-in programs, or to use our fitness centre or gymnasium. There is also an incredible variety of registered programs to choose from. If you are interested in fitness and sport, health and wellness, crafts and hobbies, music and dance, computers, art, games, and general learning, there's something here for you!
Central Lions also offers an assortment of affordable meeting and social rooms during evenings and weekends for use by local groups, sports teams, clubs, and associations.
New Pulsaiders Membership Program
Pulsaiders is a physical activity class for those with mild to severe cardiac problems or for those who want to exercise at a low intensity.
Membership is $208.95/year. To register, please visit any City of Edmonton recreation facility.

Leisure Access Program offers are only available during the public fitness centre hours.
