Starting Friday, July 31 you can reserve your tee times at City of Edmonton Golf Courses online.

4 Day Advance Reservation Schedule

The new online reservation system will accept reservations up to 4 days in advance of desired tee time starting at 7am — a major change from booking at 6pm 2 or 3 days in advance.

Thursday starting at 7am Monday
Friday starting at 7am Tuesday
Saturday starting at 7am Wednesday
Sunday starting at 7am Thursday

Reservation Guidelines

These guidelines apply to reservations made online or by telephone:

  • Reservations are limited to 1 tee time each time a golfer logs on to the system.
  • Reservations can be made for 9 or 18 holes for up to 4 golfers.
  • Golfers may book a maximum of two 18-hole tee times per day.
  • Reservations cannot be made for 9 holes prior to 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays.
  • When booking through the online system, a second same-day tee time requires logging on to the system a second time.
  • The online reservation system allows golfers to book, cancel or adjust a tee time up to 2 hours in advance. Reservations made by telephone or in person can also be cancelled or modified up to 2 hours in advance.
  • The online reservation system tracks no-show status when:
  • A single golfer fails to honour a reserved tee time.
  • A group of golfers fails to honour a reserved tee time.
  • Continued no-show instances may lead to the suspension of booking privileges at the City of Edmonton Golf Courses.
  • Golfers must cancel their tee time reservations no later than 2 hours ahead of schedule, regardless of weather.
  • The online reservation system does not apply in any way to the driving range at Victoria Golf Course. All golfers should check in at the proshop a minimum of 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time.
  • Players arriving late risk losing their tee time.
