Castle Downs Park Pavillion
In 2001 master planning for Castle Downs Park was developed through a physical site review and a series of stakeholders meetings and open houses.
One of the key Master Plan elements includes an attractive park pavilion building shared between the various sport and community groups and the public to foster pride and a feeling of ownership in the parks.
The City is initiating a partner identification process to develop the program that will guide design and construction of the park pavilion based on:
- meeting community needs
- being cost efficient
- ensuring sustainability
