  • Wondered about the lack of shelter offered by this submission, but thought it could be addressed in next stage of design

  • Provides an attractive sense of place
  • Offers shelter and a venue for community events
  • Perhaps a little too subtle for the site, when more visibility is called for
  • Usable roofs would be desirable but expensive to implement
