Edmonton's Parks breathe life into a vibrant community providing an integrated, safe environment for active living and urban wellness. The River Valley forms a "Ribbon of Green" that winds its way along the North Saskatchewan River and through the heart of the city, featuring natural areas, paved and natural trails and amenities. Wildlife sightings in the River Valley are common so bring your camera or binoculars.

Road Upgrades Close Vehicle Access to Terwillegar Park

Rabbit Hill Road into Terwillegar Park will be closed for major roadway repairs and parking lot expansion from Monday August 23 until October 15, 2010. During this time Terwillegar Park will remain open to foot and bicycle traffic only.

The park can be accessed via Rooney Crescent as shown on this map.

Front Yards are Blooming in Edmonton!
Front Yards in Bloom celebrates how residents make Edmonton beautiful. More addresses were nominated in 2010 than ever before!
