Churchill Square Facility Bookings

Planning a special event?  Hold it at Churchill Square! Churchill Square is a flexible event venue that seamlessly transforms from a world-class festival site to a community gathering place to the start line for runs and walks.  Arrangements to hold your special event on the Square can be made through the Civic Events Office.

Application Process

  1. Complete the Special Events Application Form and submit it to the Civic Events Office.
  2. The Civic Events Office will contact you regarding your application and guide you through the rest of the process.
