A favourite of food lovers in Edmonton, the Culina café is a welcome addition to the Muttart Conservatory. Well-known for partnering with local producers, Culina creates honest, creative comfort food. As part of their ambition to bring the freshest ingredients to your table, Culina has partnered with the Muttart to provide wonderful fresh greenhouse-grown greens and herbs all year round!

Culina at the Muttart offers fresh-baked pastries, homemade soups and inventive salads, along with sandwiches such as Roasted Ranger Farm’s chicken and brie with cranberry chutney made in-house, Muttart greens and a Vegan Falafel with shredded root vegetables and dill goat’s cheese sauce on local Persian flat bread. Please join us for ‘Falafel Thursday’ for 20% off your Falafel plate!

Don't miss out on the famous Culina weekend brunch, offering such items as classic eggs Benedict, Spring Creek Ranch steak sandwich with horseradish jus, and delicious huevos rancheros!

Culina Muttart accepts reservations for parties of 12 or more. A set menu is required for all large party reservations.

Monday to Wednesday & Friday

10am - 4pm
Lunch is served at the Muttart café from 11am-2pm.
Light snacks, pastries, and beverages are available from 2pm-4pm.
The Café is closed at 4pm.

Thursday

Culina Muttart now offers a new three-course prix-fixe dinner every Thursday night from 5 to 8pm! Please call 780-466-1181 to make reservations.

10am - 9pm
Lunch served from 11-2pm.
Dinner served from 5-8pm.

Saturday & Sunday

10:30am - 4pm
Brunch is served from 11am-3pm.
Light snacks, pastries, and beverages are available from 2-4pm.
The Café is closed at 4pm.

Reservations are accepted for brunch.
