Would you like to provide us with some feedback about your recent program experience at the Zoo or in your classroom? Please use one of the program evaluations below for schools, groups, birthdays, daycamps, and pre-registered child/family programs. These can be filled out and mailed or faxed to the Edmonton Valley Zoo. Our mail and fax information is on the back page of the evaluation.
