The Edmonton Vally Zoo is available to plan your special moments in creating your very own exclusive corporate or group event. If you are looking for an interesting place to hold a birthday party, your next corporate event, or even your wedding check out what the Edmonton Valley Zoo has to offer.

Catering Services
The recognized concessionaire at the Edmonton Valley Zoo is Eurest Business Dining.

Payment Information

• An initial payment equal to 50% of all estimated rental charges is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due up to 2 months prior to your event.
• Park admission tickets, if required for your event, must be purchased a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date.
• Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or cheque payable to The City of Edmonton.
• All facilities and services are subject to availability.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Non-Exclusive Daytime Group Bookings

Available: October to April from 9:30am-4:30pm
Capacity: 80
Rental Fee: $248.35 for up to 5 hours

Winter Admission

A minimum of 10 paid admissions are required to qualify for the discounted admission rates below.

Child	$3/child
Youth and Senior	$4.50/person
Adult	$6/person

Initial payment: 50% of all estimated rental charges.

Park admission tickets must be pre-purchased a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event date.

Services Include:

• Access to all public indoor and outdoor exhibits and animal demonstrations – please contact the Edmonton Valley Zoo Office at 780-496-6912 for the daily schedule.
• Tables and chairs in the Saito Centre

Additional Services Available (facility rental is required):

• Petting Zoo (2 hours): $127.50

Exclusive Evening Rentals

Available: October 11, 2012 to April 2013 from 4:30pm to 9:30pm
Capacity: 120
Rental Fee: $250 for up to 5 hours

Initial Payment: 50% of all estimated rental charges.

Services Include:

• Exclusive use of the Edmonton Valley Zoo’s Saito Centre (indoor facility) for your group event
• Access to indoor animal exhibits
• Tables and chairs in the Saito Centre

Additional Services Available (facility rental is required):

• Petting Zoo (2 hours): $127.50
• Bonfire: $42/hour; 2 hour minimum
