Game Day Guide
Public Safety
Additional police and security will be onsite at Commonwealth Stadium and throughout the neighbourhood during the game and immediately following. If you are coming to the game in a costume, consider using face make-up instead of a mask. Fans wearing masks will be required to remove them when asked by hospitality services, security, or police.
Individuals may be subject to inspection prior to entry. Commonwealth Stadium is monitored by video cameras and all activity is recorded.
A child safety wristband program is available at the information booths on the East and West concourse of Commonwealth Stadium to help reunite lost children with parents/guardians.
An alcohol policy is in effect to assist with responsible consumption. Individuals who appear to be intoxicated will be sent home in a taxi or with a sober family member or friend. Drunk and disorderly behaviour may also result in arrest and prosecution. Members of the Commonwealth Stadium staff and Edmonton Police Service are available to assist at all times, and the public is asked to report any unacceptable behaviour.
Transportation and Parking
The Ticket to Ride Program will provide free service on LRT, Park and Ride, and regular transit for two hours before, during the game, and two hours after the game ends to anyone holding an Eskimo ticket. Park and Ride service with free parking is available at the following locations:
- Burns City Lot (70 Street and 121 Avenue)
- Calder City Lot (124 Street and 124 Avenue)
- Davies City Lot (86 Street and 61 Avenue)
- Kingsway Mall (109 Street and Kingsway Avenue)
- Lewis Farms (1021 Webber Greens Drive)
- Mill Woods Town Centre (66 Street and 23 Avenue)
If you're buying your ticket at the gate, regular ETS fares apply for travel to the game. Keep your ticket stub for a free ride home after the game. ETS tickets, monthly passes and transfers are also valid on ETS Park & Ride service.
Parking restrictions will be in-effect in the surrounding neighbourhoods with no-parking and permit-only areas clearly marked. City of Edmonton Bylaw Enforcement will be in the neighbourhood ticketing and towing illegally parked vehicles. Stadium Road will be closed 90 minutes before kick-off, and remain closed for the duration of the game.
Bike racks are available at Gate 2, Gate 6, Gate 9 and Gate 13.
Taxi Stand
A taxi stand is located on 86 Street and 112 Avenue.
Drop Off / Pick Up Area
The curb lane on 112 Avenue eastbound from 95 Street to Stadium Road will be a dedicated drop off and pick up location.
Gates
All gates open 1 hour prior to the start of games.
Entrance Restrictions
Please do not bring any peanut products, water bottles larger than one litre, alcohol, drugs, glass bottles, weapons, pets (except for service animals), disturbance devices (air horns, megaphones, beach balls), professional cameras, tripods, or other recording devices.

Alcohol
All guests who appear under the age of 25 will be required to show valid government-issued ID to purchase alcohol. Guests serving alcohol to minors will be subject to arrest. Alcohol may not be brought into the stadium. Guests attempting to bring alcohol into the stadium will be denied entry or removed. Any guest that is denied entry or removed for any violation of facility rules will not be issued a refund.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited on stadium property, including e-cigarettes. There is a designated enclosed smoking area outside of Gate 7 and Gate 8 which is located at the north end of the Stadium beside the video board.
Accessibility
Commonwealth Stadium is wheelchair accessible. DATS service is welcome. Gates 2, 6, and 11 are wheelchair accessible. An elevator is available at Gate 11. Covered spectator spaces are available for wheelchair users;an attendant and two family covered spaces are available as well. Tickets must be purchased for these seating areas.
Tickets
Tickets on game day can be purchased in person at the Eskimo Team Store up to one hour prior to game time. Beginning 90 minutes prior to kick-off, tickets can be purchased at any ticket booth at the stadium.
Tickets can also be purchased at any Ticketmaster location or online at www.ticketmaster.ca (on-line sales end 90 minutes prior to kick-off). Tailgate tickets or tickets purchased through Ticketmaster over the phone or via internet may be picked up at Will Call located at Gate 13 on the Southeast corner of Commonwealth Stadium. Will Call opens 90 minutes before kick-off and photo identification is required for ticket pick-up.
Concessions
Concessions open 1 hour prior to the start of games. Cash or credit cards are accepted. Bank machines are located in the East and West pods.
First Aid
St. John Ambulance attendants provide first aid throughout the stadium. First Aid tents are set-up on the Concourse during games. If you require first aid, you can notify a Commonwealth Stadium staff member and they will radio a First Aid Attendant to provide assistance.
Lost and Found
All lost and found items will be taken to the reception counter of Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre after the game. For questions about lost items during the game please ask any Commonwealth Stadium staff member. Items can be claimed at Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre during regular business hours. To contact the reception counter please phone 311.
Strollers
Stroller parking will be available at all Info Booth locations. Commonwealth Stadium is not responsible for any missing, lost, stolen or damaged items while checked.
