Prenatal Yoga
This class integrates correct breathing techniques and strengthening yoga postures to increase your strength and relieve your tension. Using traditional yoga poses will help you feel stronger and more flexible. There will be a focus on good posture to support your growing tummy and strengthening your pelvic floor for labour.
