SURF Programs
Social. Unique. Recreation. Fun.
S.U.R.F. (Social. Unique. Recreational. Fun.) programs are designed for adults with developmental and multiple disabilities. Explore your potential with arts and crafts, swimming, dance, cooking, outings, picnics, fitness and games, celebrations, and more! Each program provides the opportunity to meet new people in a welcoming environment. All participants requiring an attendant are to supply their own for the program.
To Register
Complete the mandatory personal information form online. Those individuals using DATS for transportation to programs must complete this registration process at least 2 weeks before the program start date in order to book subscription rides.

Pay and reserve your spot using one of these options:
- Online. See SURF Programs
- Call 311 (have the course code handy), OR
- In-person at any City recreation centre
Please note that the Leisure Access Program or other discounted rates do not apply to SURF programs.
