Brittany has worked with a full array of people, ranging anywhere from young adolescents to the elderly, and from competitive athletes to new mothers. Brittany has played soccer at the college level, and still enjoys playing the sport today. She also enjoys running, volleyball, any track sport, and weightlifting. Because of Brittany’s experiences through sport, she can understand the need to reach a goal and difficulties associated with achieving it. She has worked with hockey players, soccer players and marathon runners, all to improve their performance. Brittany has also helped the average person achieve healthier living and increase functional mobility. Brittany’s training philosophy is that if you are committed to a goal, you can achieve it.

Currently, Brittany teaches group Circuit Training and TRX Boot camp classes.

Felicia strongly believes in the importance of exercise for overall health and well being. Her philosophy is to help clients set and reach their goals and give them the tools they need to maintain that goal. Felicia has worked with young athletes in the sports of gymnastics and cheerleading. She is now taking a shift towards individual fitness and non sports related fitness.

Felicia believes that, if you can be realistic, be confident in yourself and work hard at what you want, you can achieve your fitness, nutritional, and lifestyle goals.

Jen believes it is important for all of us to be active, as our overall fitness is essential to our overall health. ​Her passion for movement began at a young age, when she discovered her love for sports, including swimming, diving, gymnastics, soccer, volleyball, and track sprinting. She followed her passion into competitive soccer and then into university, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, studying human movement, performance, and function. From Respiratory Therapy, Jen also has extensive knowledge of various disease processes, especially ones involving the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.

Being a Certified Personal Trainer through CSEP, she has been able to help people of all ages, abilities, and training levels achieve their goals.

Believing in yourself is one of the biggest challenges in training and Jessica can help you realize what you are capable of through a progressive training program. She can create a specialized training program based on your goals, current fitness level, needs and health concerns/injuries. She loves incorporating the TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes, and vipers into her clients training sessions to keep things interesting. Through years of dance training she learned the importance of all aspects of fitness and living an active life. Krista’s interests lead her to completing an honours degree in Kinesiology and becoming a group fitness instructor. This experience sparked a passion to teach and help others improve their fitness in a fun, positive way. Krista loves outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, and cross country skiing. She believes through leading a healthy lifestyle, we gain the ability to achieve our goals and improve our quality of life.

Sandra started her training career as an assistant trainer for the Alberta Sport and Development Centre North West in Fort McMurray, AB where she gained experience working with Junior Hockey and Baseball teams. Sandra discovered a passion for running in her third year of University and has since completed 6 half marathons, 1 sprint triathlon and for two years competed as part of a team in the Ultra marathon Sinister 7. She also enjoys swimming and weight training. Physical activity plays an important part in Sandra’s life and she would love to inspire others to make it part of their own lives.

Currently, Sandra teaches a variety of classes at the Kinsmen Sport Centre and Commonwealth Recreation Centre such as Bootcamp, TRX classes, Absession, Tabata and Rock Bottoms.
