Park Washrooms and Port-a-pottys
Parks public washrooms are open from 9am to 9pm in the summer. Fall and winter, they are open from 9am to dusk. Hours may vary slightly from location to location.
Washrooms at some smaller neighbourhood amenity buildings may only be open during Green Shack Program hours
Some washrooms are closed for winter (from Thanksgiving weekend to May, when it is warm enough that water lines completely thaw.) In spring/fall, port-a-pottys may be placed at River Valley comfort stations until main washrooms are open.
Washroom/Port-a-Potty Maintenance
River Valley staff members are available from 6am to 11pm daily. If a washroom or port-a-potty needs to be cleaned or requires maintenance, please call 311.
