Drop-in Stair Climbing Fitness Program

Work your whole body and challenge yourself through a variety of stair exercises and body weight resistance training that will maximize calories burned, improve cardio, increase core strength, and tone muscles.

Regular admission applies.

Stadium Stairs Schedule

Stadium Stair Schedule is included in Commonwealth's Drop-in Fitness Schedule.

Mondays & Wednesdays: 7-8pm

Tuesdays & Thursdays (starting May 3): 6:15-7am

Thursdays (starting May 5): 12:15-12:45pm

Fridays: 7:15-8:15pm

Note: classes may be cancelled at any time due to weather or special events.
