Younger siblings may attend as long as they are included in the maximum participant number, as our rooms are not large enough to accommodate more. Parents are responsible for adapting the project for younger siblings.

A minimum of 2 adults must stay with the children during the party. As room is limited there shouldn’t be more than 4 adults.

You may bring whatever food you wish to serve at your child’s birthday party; you can even order food in (e.g. pizza delivery). Please remember you are responsible for clean up and might want to choose foods accordingly.

Yes, all plates, cups and cutlery required for the birthday celebration must be brought by the parents.

At City Arts Centre and ACT, yes. At Terwillegar Community Recreation Centre, there will not be access to a refrigerator.

You are welcome to decorate the room as you see fit, parents are responsible for bringing, setting up and removing all decorations. Generally, you can access your party room 30 minutes before the start of the program (depending on which facility you have chosen and their ongoing program schedules).

The birthday celebration space is available 30 minutes before the party for set up and 30 minutes after the party for clean up. Parents are responsible for all set up and clean up of any food and birthday decorations.
