- Review by Edmonton Design Committee, public, and stakeholders. (Completed April 2009)
- Complete detail design. (Completed Fall 2009)
- Commence construction. (Fall 2009)
- Grand Opening and full operations of the new North Central Community Recreation Centre. (2012)
