Performance Metrics

The City of Edmonton is accountable to measure and report progress on results that matter to the public and City Council.

ETS tracks performance on various transit metrics to understand how we are doing and where we can improve. Monitoring progress enables data-driven decision-making and ensures goals and targets are being met.

Annual Service Plans

The ETS Annual Service Plan highlights the ambitious initiatives and service improvements that are underway. As a fully integrated public service, ETS serves a wide variety of riders from all areas of the city and is continually improving service.

New annual reports to be added in April each year.

Rider Research

ETS’ Rider Research Program collects data on perceptions and satisfaction of various transit service aspects as well as travel patterns and trip characteristics. The program captures insights from both riders and non-riders. Insights are then used to inform service enhancements.
